Zenfinity is a self-awareness platform offering guided meditation, breathwork, and AI-based chat experiences. The App includes:

  • Meditation, breathwork, and sound-based content
  • StarSage (AI-guided astrological insight)
  • InnerCoach (AI-powered emotional self-reflection)

B. Technical & Usage Information (Automatically Collected)

We collect certain data automatically when you use the App:

  • Device type and ID, operating system, app version
  • IP address and approximate geolocation
  • Interaction logs (e.g., features accessed, session frequency, tap/click behavior)
  • App performance and crash diagnostics

C. Cookies & Analytics

We may use SDKs, cookies, and third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to:

D. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Services

When you use AI-powered features in our mobile application, the text you submit through those features will be transmitted to a third-party AI service for processing. We use third-party AI services to generate responses, suggestions, or personalized content. The third-party service we use is the OpenAI API.

We do not send any additional personal information (such as your email address, device identifiers, or other account details) to the AI service unless you explicitly include that information as part of your input.

By using the AI features, you consent to your submitted text being processed by the third-party AI provider for the purpose of generating responses.

You may choose not to use these features if you do not agree with this data sharing.

We retain any text or responses in accordance with our general data retention policies described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Is not shared with advertisers or third parties for marketing
  • Is treated as sensitive information under applicable privacy laws

You may request to delete this data at any time by contacting our support team.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data under limited circumstances:

A. Platform Services

We may share relevant data with third-party tools that enable platform functionality, such as:

  • App Store / Play Store billing providers

The Zenfinity App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

Your data may be processed in India or in other countries where our infrastructure or third-party partners are located.
